This dictates which assessments you can purchase. The DSMD are especially designed for treatment planning and outcome evaluation.

The 111-item child form (5–12 years) and the 110-item adolescent form (13–18 years) cover a full range of psychopathology, and are based on DSM-IV categories.Any adult who has known the child for at least 4 weeks may serve as a rater (e.g. Parents, teachers). The same form is used for all raters, with separate norms provided for each.
